簡析智能建筑弱電安裝工程進(jìn)度管理途徑
摘要:目前,智能化建筑逐漸成為國內(nèi)建筑行業(yè)關(guān)注熱點問題,而智能建筑的弱電安裝工程受到越來越多的重視。本文根據(jù)建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理質(zhì)量控制理論,結(jié)合作者在項目弱電系統(tǒng)工程監(jiān)理工作的實踐經(jīng)驗,對智能化建筑弱電工程實施、工程項目管理、弱電安裝工程規(guī)范與驗收、工程質(zhì)量控制闡述與探究,分析弱電安裝項目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問題,提出不同階段應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的措施,為弱電安裝工程進(jìn)度管理的實施提供指導(dǎo)意見,以推進(jìn)智能化建筑弱電工程更有序更有成效地運(yùn)行。

Abstract: at present, intelligent building gradually become the domestic construction industry focuses on hot issues, and weak electric installation project of the intelligent building by more and more attention. According to the construction supervision of engineering quality control theory, on the low voltage system engineering project supervision work experience, electricity to intelligence building project implementation, project management, low installation standard and acceptance, the engineering quality control and explore paper, analyzes weak electric installation project schedule management problems and puts forward the measures should be taken different stages, weak electric installation project schedule management for the implementation of the guidance provided, in order to promote intelligence building more orderly weak electric engineering more effective operation.

隨著信息化技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,在家居住宅中使用智能化系統(tǒng)日趨流行,因此,智能建筑所配套的弱電項目也越來越多。智能化建筑弱電安裝工程通常包含電子通訊、寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)、有線電視、家居智能化、消防預(yù)警等專業(yè)項目,這些項目分屬不同運(yùn)營商或工程商,各有各的安裝建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且工程安裝的技術(shù)含量高,建設(shè)周期長,安裝過程復(fù)雜。智能化建筑功能的完善與系統(tǒng)功能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),依賴于弱電安裝工程的實施。因此,智能建筑弱電安裝工程管理已成為我國智能建筑業(yè)的熱點問題。
智能化建筑弱電安裝工程的實施,必須明確智能系統(tǒng)需求,進(jìn)而精準(zhǔn)把握其工作程序中各分系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量評估和質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵手段與方式。精準(zhǔn)的智能建筑弱電工程管理,能通過智能系統(tǒng)功能定位,對各分系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一化管理、調(diào)控,并
