建設(shè)加載斜坡的穩(wěn)定性定性評價與定量分析
摘要:筆者以徐屯風(fēng)電場15號風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,首先采用野外地質(zhì)分析法,選擇影響穩(wěn)定性的主要地質(zhì)環(huán)境因素、內(nèi)外動力地質(zhì)作用,結(jié)合宏觀變形性狀,進(jìn)行定性評價擬建風(fēng)機(jī)斜坡的穩(wěn)定性;其次采用加載后穩(wěn)定系數(shù)計(jì)算法,根據(jù)加載后斜坡在滑面上所受下滑力與抗滑力計(jì)算其穩(wěn)定系數(shù),從而定量分析擬建風(fēng)機(jī)斜坡的穩(wěn)定性;最后,根據(jù)分析評價結(jié)果判斷風(fēng)機(jī)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目位置發(fā)生滑坡地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的可能性,并簡要評述各分析評價方法存在的問題及解決建議。

Abstract: the author XuTun wind farms 15 wind power generators construction program, for example, the first field geological analysis, the choice of the main geological environment influence stability factors, internal and external force geological processes, combined with the macro deformation character, qualitative evaluation on the stability of the slope built fan; Secondly the loading stability coefficient calculation method, according to slip surface slope after loading in decline by force and sliding resistance calculating the stability coefficient, and quantitative analysis of the stability of the slope built fan; Finally, according to the evaluation results analysis judgment fan construction project location the possibility of landslide, and briefly reviewed the analysis evaluation method to solve the problems and Suggestions.

1引言
建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程建設(shè)必須在可行性研究階段進(jìn)行地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性評估,地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性評估的災(zāi)種主要包括:崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷、地裂縫和地面沉降[1]等。在這些災(zāi)種里,大多是與穩(wěn)定性息息相關(guān)的,區(qū)別主要在于穩(wěn)定性變化的主體不同而已。
說起來簡單,做起來卻很難。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性評估,重點(diǎn)在于預(yù)測可能發(fā)生的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害及其發(fā)生的危害性。如何準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測建設(shè)項(xiàng)目位置發(fā)生地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的可能性,已經(jīng)成為廣大地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性評估工作者的重點(diǎn)研究方向。
